Kaise Hoga is a personal finance planning tool that helps you:

• Track your financial holdings, cashflows, and goals
• Create "what-if" scenarios using natural language
• Project your financial future with simulations
• Use financial calculators (EMI, SIP, FIRE, etc.)

3. Beta Program

By using Kaise Hoga during the beta period, you acknowledge that:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• Data loss may occur (though we take precautions against this)
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• All features are currently free; pricing will be introduced post-beta

4. Not Financial Advice

Important: Kaise Hoga is not a registered investment advisor, tax consultant, or financial planner. The projections, simulations, and information provided by Kaise Hoga are for informational and planning purposes only.

• Do not make financial decisions based solely on Kaise Hoga's projections
• Consult qualified professionals for investment, tax, and legal advice
• Past performance and projections do not guarantee future results
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from decisions made using Kaise Hoga

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your finances
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others (household members can be invited separately)
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Kaise Hoga, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your financial data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the data you input into Kaise Hoga.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for financial losses based on projections or simulations
• We are not liable for data loss during the beta period
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero during beta)

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
